• Candidate must completed 16 year education from HEC recognized universities.
• Must belong to Pakistan/AJK.
• GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in their first division or semester division in last completed degree.
• Must secure 70% marks in Aptitude Test.
• Not availing any other scholarship
