These scholarships are specifically for students from District Dera Bugti, Balochistan, who are currently enrolled in public sector universities/institutions in any province other than Balochistan, in order to promote inter-provincial harmony and education.
NOTE: Female students studying at public universities/institutions in Balochistan who are eligible are also urged to apply.

Pakistan Petroleum Limited PPL Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- Are a bonafide, domiciled resident of the district in question
- Have received a minimum of 60% in the previous examination
- Are in the first year of their degree program, if possible.
- Not older than 28 years old
- Have never been a part of any illegal activity or a moral turpitude act
- Are not eligible for any other scholarship or grant under any other program
- Lacking sufficient financial resources and deserving of financial assistance.
