Plant Safety and Legal Considerations
Develops, develops, and maintains safety programs aimed at ensuring safe working conditions and reducing lost time due to accidents.
Maintains strong safety awareness and ensures that all workers understand that safety is the company’s top concern.
Monitors and assures legal compliance in all areas, including personnel administration, product liability, and environmental protection.
Financial Management
- Monitoring and adhering to production plans in accordance with the budget and manufacturing standards established for each product.
Contingencies and changes that may need a revision of production plans and schedules should be evaluated on a continuous basis.
To guarantee compliance monitors the defined cost-cutting program in the Manufacturing sector. - Control production expenses in accordance with yearly budgets, while keeping track of crew direct work hours.
- Establish and implement production standards for each industrial operation in order to maximize production efficiency.
- Ensure that goods made and delivered satisfy defined dimensions, length, material composition, strength, and appearance standards.
- Guarantee that the mechanisms put in place to control site inventory levels and ensure PKG and Reclaim correctness are reviewed and followed.
- Use the Kanban technique to efficiently control the consumption of raw materials and packaged good.
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is necessary, and certification from the Institute of Supply Management is an asset.
